Once a purchase has been made and the payment approved, access to the content will be immediate and available to be downloaded. This will be available through the light-box facility and linked to the customer account. All purchases can only be delivered electronically and are not currently available in hard copy. Refund / Cancelation Policy
If content has been downloaded incorrectly be it the incorrect image(s) or format, then we require notification of the error within 7 days. During this period you are not authorised to use the image under the terms of the agreement (see t&cs/licence agreement). We will refund you within 28 days of notification and agreement to refund
